• Lead a team of mining experts to ensure the successful execution of exploration, development, and production plans.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to anticipate and mitigate risks.
• Optimize operational efficiency through the integration of advanced technologies and data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the mining team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and international partners.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and forums to advocate for best practices in mining.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in mining strategy, with a proven track record in leading mining operations.
• Certifications in mining safety (e.g., IAMI, CMI) and environmental management (e.g., ISO 14001).
• Strong understanding of mining regulations and international standards (e.g., ICSG, UNGC).
• Proficiency in using mining software such as SAP, ArcGIS, and Surpac.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
