📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Tutor in planning and delivering educational programs.,Conduct classes and provide individual or group instruction to students.,Assess student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents.,Organize and manage classroom activities and resources.,Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.,Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's educational policies.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new tutors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
