Bit Central Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Crew Store to join our team in Balikpapan. As a Crew Store, you will be responsible for managing the store's operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and checkout processes.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, floors, and restrooms.,Handle cash transactions and manage store registers.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and meet daily targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule, including weekend and evening shifts.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
