As an MHE Officer, you'll work closely with our operations team to identify opportunities for improving equipment utilization, maintenance scheduling, and fuel consumption. You'll also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the capital and operational expenditures of the MHE fleet, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Monitor equipment utilization and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for MHE services and parts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct regular equipment inspections.
• Provide training and support to operators on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Analyze and report on MHE performance metrics, including fuel consumption, downtime, and maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement strategies for improving MHE efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MHE management, with a strong focus on CAPEX and OPEX.
• Proficiency in using MHE management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bali as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
