📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.,Write and edit technical articles, manuals, and other documentation materials.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the quality and effectiveness of technical documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support and training to other team members as needed.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
