Space Silver Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Mempawah. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a professional who can hit the ground running.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Mentor and develop team members to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets and ensure that resources are used effectively.
  • Attend meetings and present updates to senior management.
  • Handle any disciplinary issues that may arise.
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all staff members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel to different locations within the region.
