📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing company-wide strategies and plans.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient functioning of all departments.,Manage and mentor department heads to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to the company's success.,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.,Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to drive innovation and improve business processes.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.,Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
