📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and protect employees.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety best practices and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and analyze EHS performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of EHS considerations into all aspects of operations.
• Participate in incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with the latest EHS regulations and industry best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all EHS activities and compliance measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS management or a similar role.
• Certification in EHS management, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
• Proven experience in conducting safety audits and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of international and local EHS regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using EHS management software, such as SAP EHS or similar tools.
