📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identifying areas of risk and recommending corrective actions to mitigate these risks.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial and operational data.,Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing guidance and support to other employees on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
