In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to the management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions.,Lead and mentor the finance team.,Participate in business development activities and strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or agribusiness industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
