📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations including maintenance, fuel, and vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Manage and train the fleet team, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance and fuel consumption.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure fleet compliance and safety.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the fleet team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and coordinating fleet operations.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
