📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.,Lead and motivate a team of medical representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product growth and improvement.,Attend and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote our products.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as pharmacy, medicine, or business.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations, guidelines, and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.
