📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process to ensure products meet the required standards.,Lead and mentor a team of QC staff to maintain high-quality standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality control processes.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Provide training and support to new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and standards.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
