Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of all departments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Work closely with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
