📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and screen potential candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance and fit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
