📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently using SAP systems.,Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in SAP.,Generate and distribute payroll reports and statements.,Handle employee queries and resolve payroll-related issues.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth payroll operations.,Participate in system upgrades and improvements.,Stay updated with the latest developments in payroll technology and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing.,Proven experience with SAP payroll modules.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
