Port Food Sejahtera is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other transportation assets.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, with regular inspections and servicing.,Develop and implement efficient routing and scheduling systems to optimize fleet utilization.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.,Oversee driver training and safety programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including usage, maintenance, and performance data.,Provide regular reports to management on fleet performance and any issues that need addressing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
