📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee construction and maintenance activities at assigned sites,Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution,Inspect and maintain site equipment and facilities,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and technicians,Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials,Excellent project management and organizational skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Valid driver's license and ability to travel
