• Develop and implement collections strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of collections software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
