📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including job postings and candidate screening.
• Support the HR team in managing the onboarding process for new employees.
• Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee development plans.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
• Help with the analysis of HR metrics and data to inform decision-making.
• Support the HR team in managing the company's HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or internship in HR.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passionate about learning and developing new skills.
