📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s business goals.
• Oversee tax compliance and ensure that all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team, providing guidance and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in tax compliance.
• Proven experience in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Certifications in accounting or finance are a plus.
