📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance activities and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.
• Manage a team of skilled technicians and provide them with the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS and IoT devices to minimize downtime and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with operational goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize maintenance performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, and promote a culture of safety and risk management within the maintenance team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in the maintenance field, and drive innovation within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or a similar maintenance management framework.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS and IoT technologies, and experience in implementing and managing these systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize maintenance performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
