📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret documents, reports, and technical manuals between Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Facilitate communication between Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
• Assist in organizing and attending meetings, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen business relationships.
• Provide linguistic support for training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of translations and interpretations to meet company standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement communication strategies that enhance cross-cultural understanding.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in translation and interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to communication and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with a strong command of both written and spoken language.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a related field, preferably with relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in translation, interpretation, or a similar role, with a focus on the manufacturing or equipment industry.
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and standards in manufacturing and equipment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by the role.
