📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire and onboard new merchants in the dining and F&B sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential merchants, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local services sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that drive merchant sign-ups and engagement.
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new merchants onto the TikTok Local Services platform.
- Monitor merchant performance and provide support to optimize their listings and increase visibility.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and local services.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on the digital or local services sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, particularly TikTok Local Services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus.
